Poverty and homelessness don't always look like people standing on a downtown street corner.
It looks like a mother in Green Cove Springs skipping meals to pay rent, a family couch-surfing in Middleburg, or a child trying to do homework in a car parked at a local store.
This makes localized, low-barrier support vital for catching people before they fall completely into the unsheltered cycle.
At Clay County Rescue Mission, we are dedicated to serving the residents of Clay County by providing essential support during times of crisis.
Over the past six years, our team has helped more than 2,300 individuals and families regain stability, hope, and independence. From rental assistance to job placement, our programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of those facing hardship.
We believe that everyone deserves a second chance and work tirelessly to ensure no one faces homelessness alone.
Join us in our mission to create a caring, supportive community where everyone can thrive.
We do not discriminate based on religious views, gender, military status, former income, or any other demographic information. When someone needs help, we provide it to the best of our ability.
Transformation isn't a solo journey—it takes a coordinated community effort. Whether you invest your financial resources as a strategic donor, give your time as a volunteer, or partner with us as a local business sponsor, your involvement keeps our wheels turning.

We would love to have you become involved in Clay County Rescue Mission.

With the cost of living ever increasing, we need the generosity of our community to ensure we can keep assisting those in crisis.
Any one of us could be one job-loss away from hopelessness.
Will you help?
